Ms. Cynthia Ebeid (Chair)
Cynthia and her husband, Philip, have lived in Belgrade and been active members of the ISB community since 2021 and are the parents of one Primary School student and one Secondary School student. Cynthia has studied or worked in 10 different countries and served as a U.S. diplomat for more than 20 years – half of those years in the Middle East and half in the Balkans. She has extensive experience in crisis management and leadership and led on-the-ground activities during major citizen evacuations in Lebanon and Haiti. Cynthia graduated with a A.B. and A.M. in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University and was a Fulbright Scholar. She is an advocate of physical and emotional health and fitness, and as a long-time yoga practitioner completed Yoga Teacher Certification in 2004 from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.

Mr. Vladimir Ilić (Vice-Chair)
Vladimir Ilić is the owner of New Image d.o.o, a company positioned in IT and digital printing industry. Before joining the ISB Board of Trustees in 2017, he served as a member of its Development Committee. Mr. Ilic holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Applied Arts and Visual Communications, obtained from the University of Belgrade. He lives in Belgrade with his wife and son, who has been attending ISB since 2012.

Ms. Stephanie Papp (Treasurer)
Stephanie Papp is a career Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State. She has spent a significant portion of her career in the Balkan peninsula, and enjoys discovering new traditions, food and experiences in this rich and complex region. She is accompanied in Belgrade by her husband and two children. She graduated from the University of Virginia, and was a member of the Women's Rowing team.  In her spare time, she relaxes by cooking, eating and running. 

Ms. Nina Janković (Secretary & Board Communications Officer)
Nina Janković is a passionate psychologist whose career has been devoted to empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential. She has lived in multiple countries across three continents with her husband and two sons and has been a member of five IB schools. As the founder of Spark Positive, Nina has been honoured to serve major global brands across America, Asia, and Europe in her mission to support people to thrive. To Nina, a school is not simply a place for academic growth, but rather an environment for children to discover their sense of purpose, develop resilience, cultivate healthy relationships, manage difficult emotions, and foster positive ones. Nina firmly believes that teaching students essential life skills for wellbeing such as grit, optimism, resilience, hope, growth mindset, and engagement, will not only enhance their overall psychological well-being but also prepare them to become more fulfilled and successful members of our society. The sense of belonging and connectedness that the children feel within their school community is a vital for their success.

Ms. Tamara Žujović
Tamara and her family live in Belgrade and have been a part of the ISB community since year 2010. She is married and has two children. Tamara graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. At the beginning of her carrier, she worked at a large construction company Invest Export as a sales manager. Thereafter, Tamara worked as a sales manager for Mega Tabac. For the last 15 years, she's held senior management positions in several successful Serbian companies. As the CEO of Lilly Drogerie and Hleb&Kifle, she was in charge of the day-to-day operations. 

Ms. Danijela Cemović Mecklenburg
Danijela is from Montenegro and has lived in Belgrade for the most of her life. She and her husband Paul, a US citizen who works as a Senior Political Officer with the UN, have a daughter who’s been at ISB since 2020. Danijela is an English Language and Literature teacher by vocation, but her work branched out into international relations and post-conflict recovery. She has a vast experience in project management and design, leadership and consulting, primarily with the European Union and Unites Nations agencies and affiliates.  For years she ran a network of offices across Serbia and Montenegro receiving and managing the property claims of persons displaced by the conflict in Kosovo. Danijela is passionate about fitness and health, multi-disciplinary education, and helping others to attain their full potential and goals.

Mr. Mario Glocknitzer
Mario and his family have been part of the ISB community as of 2018 with two daughters attending since then. He graduated from the University of Economics in Vienna and, though being Austrian, he has spent the majority of his professional career outside of his home country with stints in Romania, Moldova, Hungary, Turkey and Serbia. Mario is vegetarian for more than 10 years, played professional basketball during his student time and enjoys socializing with friends and family.

Mr. Andrew Whitworth
Andrew and his wife Maja lived in the Middle East for many years before moving to Belgrade in 2021. Their children attend ISB Primary and Secondary. Andrew’s career has been in aviation, primarily as an airline Captain but also as a pilot simulator instructor, examiner, and instructor trainer. He has worked as an air safety investigator and is now employed by a major aircraft manufacturer. He previously served on the advisory board of an IB school in the Middle East, and has visited 94 countries.
