* All Pre-Kindergarteners, who have been enrolled at ISB for at least one semester prior to their promotion to the Kindergarten Program, shall be considered as returning students and the Capital Fee charged to such students shall be 0.00. All Pre-Kindergarteners, who have been enrolled at ISB for less than a semester prior to their promotion to the Kindergarten Program, shall be considered as new students in the program; the Capital Fee charged to those students shall be EUR 1,500.
